Maribel Angel

Why the Artsy love–

Maribel’s work has soul.  Deep, rich, hispanic, feminine soul with good dose of whimsy.  Her work is richly layered, creating what Maribel calls a “poetic patina” ( excellent turn of phrase, no? ).  Her palette is a happy one, even her more neuturally colored pieces radiate with joy.  In short, Maribel’s work makes me smile.  If you ever are lucky enough to meet her, you’ll find that in person, the artist will make you do the same.
