Pamela Viola

Why the Artsy love–

Atmospheric.  That is the best way to describe Pamela’s work.  She takes a simple photographic image and recreates it, sometimes layering multiple images, sometimes manipuluating color and light.  All of which leads to work that is modern in its vintage feel.  Her photographs feel painterly.  Photographic paintings that pull you in and tell you a story.
